Pavement Markings and ADA Stalls

Stall lines are only part of a working lot. The markings between them, from accessible stalls to arrows, crosswalks, fire lanes, and lettering, are what make a property safe, legal, and easy to navigate.

ADA work is where we are pickiest. Accessible stalls and access aisles have specific size, placement, and marking requirements, and getting them wrong is the most expensive mistake a lot owner can make. We stripe them to spec.

When You Need It

ADA compliance check

You are not sure your accessible stalls meet current requirements for count, size, aisles, or markings.

Confusing traffic flow

Drivers go the wrong way, cut through, or miss the crosswalk. Arrows and markings fix what signs alone cannot.

Fire lane enforcement

The fire marshal or your insurer wants fire lanes marked correctly, with striping and lettering that leave no argument.

How We Do It

01

Spec check

We review what your lot needs: ADA stall count and dimensions, aisle placement, and fire lane requirements.

02

Layout

Everything is measured and chalked so markings land exactly where they belong.

03

Paint to spec

Crisp symbols, hatching, arrows, and lettering in bright, durable traffic paint.

Common Questions

How many ADA stalls does my lot need?

The count scales with your total stalls under the 2010 ADA Standards. For example, a lot with 76 to 100 stalls needs at least four accessible spaces, one of them van accessible. We confirm the right count for your lot when we quote, and your local building authority has final say.

What makes a stall van accessible?

A wider access aisle or a wider stall, the accessibility symbol, and proper signage. We stripe and mark it to spec as part of the job.

Do you paint fire lane lettering too?

Yes. Fire lane striping and NO PARKING FIRE LANE lettering are standard pavement marking work for us.
